Double 4½-inch DutchLap vinyl siding, 4 × 4 pressure-treated foundation beams, pressure-treated 2 × 4 subfloor framing, 5/8-inch exterior-grade plywood floor, 2 × 4 walls and double-gusseted rafters 16 inches on center, 7/16-inch OSB roof sheathing, and GAF shingles with aluminum drip edging.
