The 2026 Breakaway base is an open poolside structure with composite decking and two vinyl columns. It does not include an enclosed shed, windows or doors.

- Floor framing: 2 × 4 pressure treated 16″ on center
- Flooring: Composite decking
- Wall framing: 2 × 4 studs 16″ on center
- Roof sheathing: 1/2 ″ plywood
