The 2026 Limerick specification combines an enclosed shed area of selected length with a 6-foot-long porch. The porch includes composite decking and two vinyl columns; siding and roof style are selected in the quote.

- Floor framing: 2 × 4 pressure treated 16″ on center
- Flooring: 5/8″ plywood in Shed part; Composite decking in Porch part
- Wall framing: 2 × 4 studs 16″ on center

- Windows: (2) 18 × 27 with trim
