Mixing-valve construction
The on/off water mixer uses a solid-brass mixing valve. This rain-head-only configuration concentrates the controls and overhead outlet in a single freestanding column.
Plan the standing area
Where will the rain head sit over the shower floor, and can the mixer be reached comfortably before stepping into the spray? Check those positions with your installer, together with drainage, base support and the supply route. Obtain the exact rough-in and seasonal-care instructions before the mounting surface is prepared.
