- Floor framing: 2 × 4 pressure treated 16″ on center
- Flooring: 5/8″ plywood
- Wall framing: 2 × 4 studs 16″ on center
- Roof sheathing: 1/2″ plywood
- Windows: (2) 18 × 27 with shutters or trim (buildings 10' long or less have (1) with shutters or trim)
- Base doors: Deluxe Double Door (standard is door all one color)
