The 2026 manufacturer catalog identifies the following base construction for this model family. Choose the size, siding and available roof configuration in your quote; photographs may show upgrades.

Siding: 1/2″ SmartSide or 1/2″ plywood with vinyl siding
Floor framing: 2 × 4 pressure treated 16″ on center
Flooring: 5/8″ plywood
Wall framing: 2 × 4 studs 16″ on center
Roof sheathing: 1/2 ″ plywood
Windows: (2) 18 × 36 or 24 × 36 with trim (buildings 10' long or less have (1) with trim)
Base doors: Double New England doors (standard is door all one color)
Gable and eave overhangs: 12 inches
